Our Turnaround Time (TAT)

We aim to resolve support requests as quickly as possible based on their priority level:

Priority Level Response Time Estimated Resolution Time
Urgent (Website Down, Security Issue, Payment Failure) Within 2 Hours 6-12 Hours
High (Major Feature Malfunctions, Downtime for Some Users) Within 4 Hours 1-2 Business Days
Medium (General Issues, Minor Bugs, Performance Issues) Within 12 Hours 2-4 Business Days
Low (General Queries, UI Issues, Feature Requests) Within 24 Hours 5-7 Business Days

Business Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (PST)

Weekend & Holiday Requests: Urgent cases will be prioritized.
