We aim to resolve support requests as quickly as possible based on their priority level:
Priority Level | Response Time | Estimated Resolution Time |
---|---|---|
Urgent (Website Down, Security Issue, Payment Failure) | Within 2 Hours | 6-12 Hours |
High (Major Feature Malfunctions, Downtime for Some Users) | Within 4 Hours | 1-2 Business Days |
Medium (General Issues, Minor Bugs, Performance Issues) | Within 12 Hours | 2-4 Business Days |
Low (General Queries, UI Issues, Feature Requests) | Within 24 Hours | 5-7 Business Days |
Business Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (PST)
Weekend & Holiday Requests: Urgent cases will be prioritized.
